Returning back to work will be a huge transition to say the least. Everyone's life has been changed in one way or another. Some of us are returning to work in not the best mental health, we've lost loved ones and friends, divorced, we're wondering what to do with the kids for summer and if they're returning back to school (in the physical) next year; the list goes on and on. This is the time where employers need to be in tune with their employees. Allowing more time for breaks, increasing mental health days, being in tune with your employees and bringing in therapist and/or life coaches to assist in the transition makes a difference. Covid-19 taught us that work is important but people are priceless.
